Fairly clean hotel, the staff was superbly friendly.
Booked a room with NICE views of the ocean. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine were available. Great service, although a few employees were condescending. Location: the hotel was right by restaurants on the island and a business office with two computers and a printer-many need to print boarding passes and Ala Moana shopping centre.

We loved the location, just a short walk to relaxing beaches. The area had great restaurants and lively entertainment. The apartment was clean and included everything we needed, like a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The pool was small but cozy for our group. Highly recommend checking out the nearby farmer's market and the beach at Hale Koa!
The only downside was the limited balcony space. It felt snug with just one chair on each mini balcony.

Extremely friendly and polite staff. The hotel's central location is fantastic, with plenty of eateries and shops nearby, though the décor felt darker than expected for a Hawaiian setting. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with patios perfect for relaxation. The use of homegrown organic fruits at breakfast was a highlight, but a brighter color scheme would enhance the ambiance.
